Starting at Lidl I worked as a picking associate for 11 months. After this i had the opportunity to be a Reach Truck Operator where i started to pick up extra tasks for the Selections desk such as doing audits for Non-food and In and out. This progressed into periodically helping the operations team leads with End of Day inventory, and Helping with the training of new associates using my knowledge of being a proficient picker. In March of 2022 i began working in the developmental role as ATL

Since beginning my work in this developmental role I have accomplished the following:

• Proactively acquired knowledge of the SAP system to quickly solve any issues the picking staff encounter while ensuring they are in the proper areas to complete the work for that day
• Established meaningful connections with the picking team, gaining insight into their strengths and optimal work area. Additionally I have used these connections to foster a positive and uplifting work environment
• Regularly evaluated the performance of out team members, providing constructive feedback to recognize their strengths and offering support to those facing challenges. Our goal is to not just meet the warehouse standard but give the associates the tools needed to surpass it
• Collaborated closely with the selections team, immersing myself in their daily tasks and expectations to provide them assistance if needed. This additional training has helped me further increase the efficiency of my daily tasks as well as have the opportunity to offer support to my peers in the ATL role

• Enhanced warehouse efficiency by implementing inventory control systems and procedures.
• Optimized storage space utilization by strategically organizing products according to size, weight, and frequency of use.
• Reduced order processing time with attention to detail in picking, packing, and shipping items.
• Contributed to a safer work environment by maintaining clean and organized warehouse spaces.
