With over 6 years of experience in sales and operations at Dale's Shoes and Esporta Fitness, I have been able to balance working near full time while being a full time student. Graduating from Seminole High School's Health Academy in 2018 and earning a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in Clinical Science, I demonstrated commitment to academic excellence by graduating near the top of my class with magna cum laude honors and earning President's and Dean's list titles several times throughout my undergraduate education. Currently, am pursuing a Master's of Science Degree in Human Factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, actively involved in the Small Teams Analog Research (STAR) lab and making valuable contributions to a research project focused on ground-based runway incursions, collaborating with staff and fellow students.
*Planning to present research findings at conferences and workshops to discuss project successes and generate interest from industry professionals.
*After completion, planning to contribute to another HFACS project involving human error in various surgery departments.
