I provided friendly and knowledgeable customer service by answering questions about lift access, mountain safety, and resort amenities. During peak times, I helped manage lift lines and maintained orderly flow to ensure a smooth guest experience. I worked closely with lift operators and other resort staff to support daily operations and address guest concerns. This role required professionalism, physical stamina, and a positive attitude while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
