This is a small family owned general contracting buisness with only about 10 of us in the field, requiring to be extremely versatile and proficient with a variety of tractors and equipment and skill sets with diversity for the extreme range of the scope of work done. In the past several years of working for freeds, I've acquired thousands of hours of equipment time on bulldozers, and excavators doing a wide range of work fallowed closely by most common heavy construction equipment like backhoe, skip loaders, skidd steer, rollers, graders, scrapers etc.

My Primary role with freeds excavating is a heavy equipment operator often running leading a small team through the rough in grading and finish grading phases of construction using all forms of construction equipment including dozer, skip loader, skidding steer, backhoe, wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, compactors, scrapers and graders.

the wide scope of work this company provides also requires me to be very versatile and adapt to different scopes of work regularly ranging from all types of underground and over head utilities including gas, electrical, septic, storm water but also including land clearing, asphalt, and concrete,

Often times I work closely with other sub and general contractors, as well as inspectors from multiple agencies and municipalities to assure accuracy and efficiency while maintaining productivity and effectivly cutting down time and regularly updating higher leadership and office staff on project variables and expenses.

Bear river aggragates in meadow vista is a Teichert x Western Materials owned rock quarry located in meadow vista.

Teichert first gave me a primary role of a loader operator, operating large industrial mining loaders and excavators to transport, stock, and loadout materials. Being one of only 2 operators My job required me to be elastic and I quickly found myself hungry for bigger responsibilities.

My Primary role quickly upgraded to equal the senior operators responsibilities, and so begun

My experience as a plant operator and mechanic. Operating and maintaining large scale portable mining equipment like crushers and conveyor systems. As well as the main equipment operator for the mine site.

In a short time I was able to obtain many of the certifications required in large scale mining enviorment including OSHA, MSHA, advanced first aid/cpr, confined space training, forklift, as well as a handful of industrial welding certification obtained by a two week paid training program at sierra collage.
