• Engine Disassembly and inspection using standard machinist equipment and non-destructive testing including but not limited to: Dial bore gauges, analog and digital micrometers, straight edges and feeler gauges, and magnetic partial inspection equipment
• Parts Cleaning using sand blasting equipment and parts washing machines as well as using a clean room for engine assembly
• Valve seat machining using modern SERDI equipment
• Cylinder head resurfacing using modern ROTTLER machines, while using a variety of fixturing methods
• Cylinder block boring and decking
• Cylinder block honing while using deck plates
• Align honing main bores with aftermarket main studs
• Balanced rotating assembly's on 4, 6, and 8 cylinders using modern CWT machines and techniques
• Assembled high performance engine solutions based on customer needs; ranging from street cars to high performance drag racing requiring a deep understanding of engineering specifications and quality standards
• Set valve lash on various OHC and OHV valvetrains
