• Conduct pre-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor all aircraft systems on the ground and in flight.
• Assist passengers with luggage, arrange transportation, and hospitality for passengers.
• Ensure aircraft is within standards of weight and balance and exceeds takeoff and landing distance criteria.
• Manage flight plans, optimizing routes for efficiency and fuel conservation.

• Plan and file flight plans.
• Ensure and inspect aircraft to be safe for flight.
• Carry out pre-flight and post-flight tasks.
• Adhered to aviation regulations and safety rules during flight operations.
• Assist passengers with luggage and bags.
• Maintain accurate records of flight time, fuel consumption, and other relevant details.
• Ensure aircraft is within standards of weight and balance, as well as takeoff and landing distances.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers and crew members.
• Operate fuel trucks, fueling up general aviation aircraft along with corporate jets with 100LL and Avgas.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading of baggage.
• Daily reconciliation and recording of truck meter sheets and fuel tank volumes.
