Trained with the Lake in the Hills Police Explorers program for 5 years. Trained as an officer, did patrols with Officers, attended and helped with court duties, acted as a traffic attendant for all police functions at fairs, events, etc... I lead teams of explorers when weather conditions became dangerous to check on and aid elderly in our community as well as welfare checks on them when family called in. This I accomplished while I attended school and held part time jobs listed above. I received several accommodations from my supervisors and from the township for my volunteer work., I received good attendance awards throughout high school and positive responses on all my work related reviews.
