- At fluent I am the team lead of the Post-Harvest department, my main duties are ensuring the department operates smoothly and assisting the manager when needed. I am responsible for harvesting and hanging plants, debucking, chipping stems, trimming and properly storing the finished products while also keeping a clean work environment. I have experience operating and cleaning a Mobius M108S, and I am proficient in BioTrack. I have already been cleared by the department of health and maintain their requirements at our facility at all times.
