I worked at Winston Salem City Hall providing security to employees and the general public in the area of downtown Winston. Occasionally having to deal with upset city employees and public using de-escalation skills to avoid conflict and resolve the situation. I had to use constant customer service to keep a positive look of Law Enforcement and have people trust in me.

This is the same location as the job with Allied Universal. Allied lost the contract to North State but the city wanted me to stay on board with them so I transferred over to North State to stay at the same location. I am still sworn in with Allied and work part time with them at other job sites as well however.

To manage a dorm full of inmates throughout the night, controlling them by use of officer presence and tact. Calming down situations and acting in control at all times. I would respond to any issues that would pop up in the detention center using escalation of force to resolve the issue.

To patrol the city of High Point answering calls for service as well as conducting proactive police work.

Schedule my monthly customers throughout the month using good time management to complete jobs. I also would often have to sale jobs to customers or potential customers. I would also occasionally deal with upset customers and would have to use good tact to calm them down and resolve the situation.
