• Researched, planned, and lead the execution of complex third-party integrations & process changes into both legacy and greenfield applications (ex. Module-federation, legacy dataset source-systems, switching to Trunk-based development)
• Worked directly with designers, project-managers, and customer advisers to estimate project timelines and coordinate the breakdown & engineering managements of tasks & epics
• Operated & consulted directly with clients to advise the best course for both their bushiness's application and long-term technical viability & web-vitals performance
• Oversaw company-wide technical standards documentation in terms of testing rules, language/library best practices and processes to implement them

Architected, implemented, and adapted external and internal applications utilizing React, React-Native, and Node-based backends to fulfill client needs and allow simple, agile alterations and future additions

• Coordinated establishment of company's mobile enterprise application architecture from project development to release
• Maintained product ownership over 5 different projects to drive them towards completion without interfering with each others' timelines
• Organized and executed onboarding and mentoring of new employees

Developed and supported multiple projects simultaneously built on Ruby on Rails, ColdFusion, Backbone, and React to reduce customer's mobility costs, manage mobile device's life-cycle, and provide data analytics and visibility to services

• Redesigned and implemented data scraping system to save employees several hours work time and to promote standardization, increased speed, and improved error handling
• Created reactive, data-driven, view layer on top of Google Maps, enabling customers to view various metrics related to company wired & wireless services
