I've driven and loaded the trucks for early loads. I've done fish movements around the farm including the hatch house. I understand how to do the math for the movements which include the average weight of fish, how many inches I need to take on the truck to fill the ponds and how to find how many fish I have taken to that pond. I learned how to feed and clean in the hatch house. I can run the feed systems and change dies. I can weigh out feed for the hatch house and for the fish that we just moved out. I learned the lock out tag out procedure. I learned how to do harvest. I know how to push and pump ponds. I can pick morts and understand the biosecurity rules that are in place to keep our fish healthy. I can grade fish for loads and movements and decide which grader is best to use.
