Austin Oliver

In my experience at Symphona, I was responsible for the landscaping and maintenance on the premises. I learned an array of skills including: irrigation, drywall, painting, fence work, pressure washing, general landscape upkeep, pine straw, and several other landscape and maintenance related tasks. The job description was very diverse including some larger projects like, running conduit and digging trenches for electric car chargers, and even aiding in the construction of a pole barn for my boss.

While my status is still currently employed with Symphona, I only work for them on breaks from school and such. It is a very part time basis.

My role at Silk Road primarily consisted of serving food, but since the company does everything from cooking to prep to serving, I often worked in other aspects. I helped some with food prep and helped setup and cleanup before and after events. This job taught me many valuable interaction skills and problem solving abilities, that I can carry into any job.

Once again I remain employed with Silk Road in a highly part time position.

In my role at Kroger, I processed customer transactions accurately and efficiently. I provided exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

I Maintained organized cash register area, ensuring compliance with company policies. I even got to assist in training new cashiers on how to operate the registers and fulfill customer needs properly and efficiently.
