• Performed industrial electrical work for manufacturing plants across the United States.
• Bending both EMT and Rigid conduit.

• Scissor lift trained
• OSHA-10 trained

Experience:

• Worked beside multiple experienced electricians for 1+ year, observing and learning hands on.
• Within this timeframe I've performed work in new construction, remodels, service calls, and commercial environments.

Summary:

This was a great company for me to start with, considering I was only a year in school and my night class teacher was now my supervisor. I found out early on, it was difficult to find a small company that was willing to hire entry-level applicants like myself. I'm very thankful for Blue Moon taking me in and teaching me in a professional environment the skills I now have today, as I continue to grow in my electrical career.

Responsibilities:

• Helped with stocking shelves, and making sure products are in their right locations.
• Assembled and installed display light fixtures in the showroom.
• Helped educate customers on products that will suite their lighting/electrical needs.

Summary:

This was a part-time job for me while I was going to school for my electrical degree. It benefited me by helping me meet and assist some of the local electricians working in Athens. It helped me make connections that allowed me to move forward in my electrical career, by getting to know employers around town that led to later employment opportunities.
