Accomplishments
I have successfully worked my way up through the temp agency (Staff Management) for Mars Wrigley up to a full time associate as a machine operator. Once in that role for 2 years I received a promotion to a Mechanical Operator. Where I went through a 20 week training course and received a certificate with a 4.0 GPA. I was in the first class to ever complete the program when rolled out at Mars. I was in that role for a little over a year before receiving a promotion to Production Leader which is the role I am currently in for the past 2 years of my career at Mars.
