• Create and maintain vital customer relationships with OEM Automotive Companies and their Exterior Quality Teams.
• Develop Automotive Exterior Colors on strict timelines in coordination with Paint Process Engineers, Paint Suppliers, and Quality Engineers in addition to Post-Launch activities.
• Ability to work well and make critical decisions under high levels of stress with quality and customer concerns.
• Strong knowledge of X-Rite Color QC, BYK-Gardner Smart Chart, Paint-Sealer Development Tool (PDT), Microsoft Office.
• Advanced knowledge of Spectrophotometers, Surface Appearance Devices, Cloud Runner, and Microscopic Analysis of Injection Mold/Paint Defects.
• Additional Skills: BASF Paint Training, FANUC Robotics Training - Teach Pendant and Programming, Creation and Modification of Standardized Work Documents, Implementation and Auditing of Standardized Work Documents, Lean Manufacturing Training
