Melted ferrous and non ferrous metals in induction furnaces controlled temperatures, pour times, and used various formulas to add different alloys for customers desired specs. The conditions included extreme heat, various shifts, and manually loading thousands of pounds of steel rail

• Led a crew of three other Laborers to preform the heat treating process
• Worked as a team to complete various tasks such as building, lighting and charging gas furnaces, changing quenches, working with a cab crane man everyday
• First year as a 4th helper (different jobs daily to fill in for vacations/sick time)
• Remote crane experience
• Packing and shipping
