
I have been working in customer service based jobs since the age of fifteen when I started waitressing. I have two young kiddos, a daughter and son, who have taught me many things about multitasking.
I have always enjoyed helping customers, providing needed information, and ensuring a professional and pleasant experience for each and every individual I come into contact with in any of my jobs.
I find it extremely important to make sure the customer leaves any interaction feeling they have been taken care of, listened to, and understood, regardless of their attitude or the individual circumstance.
