
Highly skilled and detail-orientated lead line mechanic with just under 3 years of experience in utilizing process control standards and maintaining machinery, automation, and support equipment designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications. • Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and perform basic repairs on machinery,
automation, and support equipment.
• Conducted routine preventative maintenance on food processing equipment which included, but was not limited to; commercial flash freezers, commercial ovens, commercial fryers, hydraulic operated conveyance systems.
• Experience in wiring 3 phase motors, 120Vac power/communication, and 24Vdc communication.
• Participate in start-ups and shutdowns of machines and support equipment to ensure efficient plant performance.
• Support other Process Leaders with troubleshooting as available, ensuring all safety, quality and production goals are satisfied.
• Addressed incoming line calls during production which include belt repairs, motor swaps, hydraulic hose changes, VFD setpoint and adjustments, and PLC diagnostics.
• Familiar with adhering to and following all USDA guidelines in the processing of poultry and meat as well as with GMP's.
• Provided technical training to different departments for the smooth operation of machinery during the production process.
• Tested equipment and diagnosed malfunctions with voltmeters and other testing devices.
• Experience in sanitary TIG welding and fabrication on stainless steel framing and equipment.
