- Applied for supervisor positions twice, being the runner up on my second attempt.
- Applied for LEAD program twice. Despite not receiving entry into program obtained valuable guidance and advice from inspiring leaders
- Performed a ride along with maintenance 3rd shift to acquire further information on how our plant works as well as what happens past my own field of work.
