Summary

Throughout my years as a student, I have been able to work with my professors to develop strong leadership skills inside the classroom with given projects. My problem solving has and will continue to evolve as I keep challenging myself with higher level courses in order to reach my goals of becoming a mechanical engineering graduate student. Whether its inside the classroom or on a soccer field, my teammates and I work together as one in order to achieve any goal in sight. Outside of the classroom, I help provide humanitarian services to those in need and interact with my local community as Rotarian of district 7305.

Work History

Construction

Michael Pompura
05.2021 - Current

Starting off as a summer job when I turned 16, I have been working with Mr. Pompura in construction. He would get installation jobs and remodeling jobs from Columbus Brothers and I would help assist him every day of the week. From ripping off and hanging up new drywall, to tearing down and redesigning new decks, Mr. Pompura taught me how to do it all the right way.

Worker and Volunteer

Craig Anlauf
08.2020 - 08.2025

For The Palms at O'Neil, I worked all around as Maintenance, cook and as a volunteer. Mr. Anlauf put me in charge of maintaining the facility grounds by landscaping the courtyard, flowerbeds and hillside in order to keep the personal care home presentable for admissions and residents. Inside the home, I would help prep meals for breakfast lunch and dinner when the kitchen was understaffed through covid. I would also help with volunteer projects in the building which included Rotary. Some of those would include a spaghetti dinner to raise money for a girl with cancer, provide Thanksgiving meals for the local fire department and participate in fundraising events to provide classroom musical instruments and resurface a running track for a school in need.

Restaurant Worker

Tony Joseph
05.2024 - 01.2025

At Core Event Center, I have been tasked with various jobs by Tony Joseph as my manager. I started off bussing tables in the restaurant and event center. From there, my managers and employer started to recognize my work ethic to the point where I was offered to start training as a server. Some nights the washroom would be backed up with dishes to the point where I was asked to help out. Without hesitation I started on the job. Tony Joseph was the manager who oversaw me at my time working for Core Event Center.
