- Perform cooling system services on diesel, natural gas, and propane units to include coolant change, belts, thermostats, thermostat seals, gaskets, o rings, and hoses.
- Perform resistive load bank testing on units ranging from 5kw up to 2000kw as a solo technician. Including calculating proper amperage rating for resistive testing per the rating tag, running cable and tying into the breaker, verifying amperage for each leg to ensure test is operated within the specified ratings for equipment used.
- Ability to retrofit ComAp controllers onto all types of generators and Automatic Transfer Switches. Able to program it properly with access to the software. Includes rewiring entire control box to all censors and relays necessary for the unit to operate properly.
- Replaced defective parts such as alternators, voltage regulators, starters, water pumps, injection pumps, control boards, block heaters, all censors, priming pumps, front main seals, rear main seals, oil pan gaskets, and heat exchangers.
- Experience deploying and tying in portable generators ranging from 25kw up too 2000kw as well as portable Automatic Transfer Switches.
