Started at Publix when I was in high school as a bagger in customer service. After a couple years I moved to the produce department where I took ever opportunity to learn the business. After 3 years with the company, at the age of 20, I was promoted to Assistant Department manager. In March of 2017 I was promoted to Department Manager. I'm a fast learner, and when given the opportunity and proper training, I'm dedicated and driven to be successful. Publix recognizes my dedication to running a successful operation and was quickly moved to high performing departments. Knowing how to train associates to meet expectations and manage operations to exceed goals helped me be successful.
