    • Worked in a crew environment as the lead lineman to read work orders and maps to build new construction power lines up to current specs for Duke Energy.
    • Filled out Job Hazard analysis sheets and lead crew daily safety meetings.
    • Met with Duke Energy engineers to determine where to re-route old power lines and route new power lines to meet customer's needs.
    • Met with customers to best determine scheduling times in order to have their power cut off for routine maintenance on Duke Energy's power system.
    • Used a laptop to keep up with tracking daily units our crew performed in order to meet goals for production requirements.

    • Performed storm restoration efforts to natural disaster areas after hurricanes, ice storms, wildfires, tornadoes, etc...
    • Scheduled flights, hotels, rental cars, and traveled to various areas across the nation as a self-contracted Journeyman Lineman.
    • Re-built powerlines in harsh environments under various weather conditions.
    • Responsible to meet deadlines for show up times and respond in very short time periods. Some being in less than 12-24 hours notice.
    • Worked in a crew environment safely with Lineman from all across the nation that you have never met nor worked around before.
    • Adapt quickly to learning new spec requirements for many different power systems all across the nation.

Additional Information

Im a loving father to two amazing boys and one beautiful daughter. I am a husband to my lovely wife, Jordan. I am a unashamed follower of Jesus Christ, my lord and savior. I have been a youth crew leader at Temple City YTH for over a year now, where I am also a member of Temple City Church. I love assisting in coaching my son's sports teams. I am very interested and receptive to any kind of additional training needed. I would even love to do some continuing educations to further development desired skills. I am currently CPR and First Aid Certified, and I hold a Class A Commercial Driver's License. I am also currently enrolled in 3 different AACC Credited certification courses with Light University. Those being Mental Health Coach, Youth Mental Health Coach, and Professional Life Coach.
