I've been a past time baker for about 9 years now. Throughout the years I've gained experienced working and interning learning about how to advance my cutting techniques or temper chocolate. Whenever I am rewarded with free time, I enjoy developing new recipes to add to my mental catalog. Some of my additional interests include reading, watching movies, writing, and participating in different art forms. Though I am, if anything, an advent reader.
