As an Aggie Success Leader, I played a vital role in welcoming incoming freshmen and transfer students to NC A&T, guiding them as they transition into their first year on campus. My primary responsibilities include facilitating orientation sessions, sharing insights about university resources, and helping students navigate academic and social life at NC A&T. Success Leaders are enthusiastic, approachable, and committed to fostering a supportive community, prioritizing meaningful interactions that encourage a sense of belonging and Aggie pride. By building these connections, I empower students to excel and feel at home within the Aggie community.

• Conducted tours for prospective students immersing them in the culture of North Carolina A&T State University.
• Assisted the Chief of Staff and program director in planning Admitted Student Day.
• As a member of the Executive Board for the program I have assisted with making sure the day-to-day procedures went smoothly.
• Assisted in the onboarding/hiring process for new Aggie Ambassadors while collaborating with other members of the Executive Board.
• Bringing enthusiastic and warm energy to tours to make prospective students feel at home and comfortable.

• Greeted incoming guests to escort them to assigned dining areas and presented menus.
• Answered phone inquiries to schedule and confirm reservations, record takeout orders, and respond to service questions.
• Greeted guests and gathered information to seat groups or place them on the waitlist.
