- Robotics trainer- I removed/ replaced pallets using lock-out-tag-out, handled and placed 20lbs+ lids to close containers, virtually logged each accounted package into our system, pulled containers using a pallet jack to and from all over the warehouse, and eventually moved up to training other associates how to do the same. Within the first month of employment I was bumped to a Process Guide for a separate department until finding my niche on the robot.

- As a hostess, my role was to greet and guide guests to their tables. Depending on the assigned position as a hostess, I’d clean off tables so guests could obtain their tables faster and more efficiently, updated tables availability virtually, and effectively communicated with team members when needed to effectively turn tables.
- I was later bumped to a trainer in both the to-go department and the hostess department. In to-gos, my role was to separate and package food orders. When managing the window, I communicated with arriving guests the current and updated standings as to where and when their order was/would be ready. When placing virtual orders over the phone, I kindly greeted and communicated with guests about the specifics of their order and always made sure to double check. Rather be safe than sorry.
