Outside of work, I am your typical Alaskan and enjoy time outdoors hiking, kayaking, biking, and harvesting with my family I'm also an amateur artist and crafter, often participating in community craft fairs and events I am very community-minded and enjoy the slow pace and rhythm of small-town living
I spent my childhood on the Kenai Peninsula between Ninilchik and Homer, and my young adult life in Southeast Alaska, where I eventually met my husband We have called Ketchikan home for the past 7 years, and have enjoyed our time as commercial fishermen in the summer months and traveling, working various jobs in the off-season
I have a plethora of unique and interesting work experiences from around the world and the state of Alaska, and have thrived being part of a team and also working independently Ultimately, I am a creative and driven person with a passion for helping people, and I have found my role as a Radiologic Technologist extremely rewarding and I very much look forward to a long career of serving my fellow community members with compassionate and exceptional care
