Additional Information

I wanted to give a little background information and tell you a little about myself. My grandparents owned a country club, so I literally grew up on a golf course and that was my very first job. I started working in the golf house when I was twelve and started working solo shifts when I was fourteen. I personally witnessed and have knowledge about a variety of aspects related to a country club or golf course, including: fine dining, bar and grill food, green and fairway maintenance, retail sales, concessions, tournament planning and coordination, and customer service.

I worked at a country club all through college, starting out as a hostess, became a server, moved to a position with the banquet and event staff, and ultimately became FOH manager.

When I got married, we joined a country club and I was the president of the women's league. So, I have experience and knowledge from both an employee and as a member.

In addition to golf experience, my parents built a liquor store when I was two and I started helping stock the coolers when I was five. I worked there while I attended community college.

I started my first business when I was nineteen.

I have flipped houses, completely gutted a house of my own and custom built it from the studs with my ex husband and I doing all the work ourselves.

I am an avid golfer, I love making jewelry and flower arrangements, and I love to organize anything!

I am outgoing, I am a hard worker, and I love to help people.

I ran the marina, worked at the electric company, and raised three boys all at the same time.

I sold my businesses in order to move back home to Garden City to take care of my ill mother full time. She passed away a couple years ago, and I am ready to get back to work and interact with people again!
