Ava Celaya

I began my experience at Integra Dance Arts by volunteering backstage. A year later, I was invited by one of the owners to join the team as a backstage assistant and teaching assistant. In these roles, I played a crucial part both behind the scenes and in the studio. Backstage, I prepared costumes, props, and stage setups for performances, ensuring everything ran smoothly. In the classroom, I assisted instructors by demonstrating techniques, providing feedback to students, and helping maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment. My attention to detail, charisma, and passion for dance contributed to the success of each production and the growth of the students I worked with.
