Ava Kopischke

Courage Kenny Ski Program is one of the largest volunteer adaptive ski programs in the U.S. for kids/adults with physical & cognitive disabilities. All volunteers receive training in teaching techniques, disability awareness, and adaptive equipment.

• I was paired with one child and one adult for over four months.
• I collaborated with other volunteers to create a successful plan for each partipant every week
• I secured students gear, tethers, & tip retentions and guided them hands-on down hill.
• I was the participant's cheerleader and personal supporter.

• Involved in financial statement analysis & modeling
• Analyzed VC capital raise trends
• Researched about the various rounds of investing and the phases a developing company goes through
• Scrubbed shareholder data and built new cap tables and reconciliations

• Mediated camper conflicts to resolve problems and maintain positive and safe camp environments.
• I communicated with parents and was later hired as a babysitter by five families.

• Promoted love of game by assisting players with understanding positioning, play techniques, and teamwork strategies.
