Serving as a contributor to Harbingers' Magazine focused on journalistic writing on global issues; researched and reported on topics including justice, inequality, and youth advocacy. Harbingers' Magazine is a weekly online global magazine written and edited by teenagers, globally, worldwide.
Developed and founded a nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to education and literacy resources for young adults involved in the justice system/rehabilitation programs. Lead outreach, fundraising, program development, provides materials such as journals, writing prompts, pencils, etc. I personally deliver these materials in an effort to enhance literacy among young adults in need to encourage reading and personal writing.
Conducting independent research focused on juvenile justice reform, focusing on rehabilitation vs. incarceration. Current analysis includes policy disparities across states to support the production of long-form research paper integrating academic sources and original analysis. Upon final submission of this independent research, based upon the grade received, the result will be potential publishing and college credit.

I donate my time in providing virtual English, Math, and History tutoring to underserved students multiple times per week. Through this work, I have built long-term mentoring relationships.
