I learned the understandings of sales principles and customer service techniques, also a lot of effective organizational skills. I am focused on driving positive customer experiences and achieving sales targets efficiently. Customer's can have conflicts that they want immediate answers to, and I learned how to help and answer them with ease to build a connection and trust.
