Avayna Glass

I am a high school student with a strong passion theater, production, costume design, and film. I am also passionate in fostering positive experiences for both the campers as well as my colleagues, and have a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment as a team member. I attended this program myself for 5 summers in a row, beginning the first year it opened, and being able to expand towards contributing to a program that gave me so many tools and helped me grow as an artist would be an honor. I thrive in dynamic environments where teamwork and creativity are valued, and I am dedicated to promoting the same personal growth and fun-filled adventures and memories for campers that I cherish having gained myself as a camper. I am excited about the opportunity as facilitate meaningful activities that aim towards growing creativity, collaboration, and discipline in performing arts, as well as engaging with campers on an individual level to help foster their independent creative strengths and confidence. I am confident that my positive attitude, strong communication skills, and adaptability make me a valuable addition to your team.
