  • I managed three OSS Mail teams responsible for timely indexing of electronic claim documents, reducing backlog from over 60,000 to 8,000 within my first few months with the team.
  • The Incoming Check Unit processed checks received in Memphis, ensuring accurate allocation to claims. This team processed an average of 1,000 checks per day.
  • The Colleague Termination/Reassignment team removed system access for departing employees and reassigned claims to new examiners as needed.
