- Planning and executing project plans with the Director to enhance the safety and security on campus
- Holding weekly meetings with Director and Acct
Manager to ensure that all operational and legally binding documents are accurate, revised and submitted
- Ensuring that Acct Manager are appropriately staffing shifts, providing training, and applying progressive disciplinary action when necessary to a team of25+ Officers
- Maintain a healthy relationship with local, state and federal law agency
- Collaborating interdepartmentally with Plant Operations, Environmental Safety, Risk Management, Information Technology Services and Networking to navigate through institutional projects and issues
- Assist with training VP and Chiefs on situation awareness and their roles during a crisis
- Developing departmental policies and standard operating procedures for the security department to ensure uniformed practices
- Developing and maintaining relationships interdepartmentally to ensure the department fulfills its mission, objectives, and goals
- Building, training, and directing a team of approximately30 officers across six store locations in the Pennsylvania area
- Developing training modules, an On-Job Training (OJT) checklist, and a progressive disciplinary process that holds security personnel accountable and influence transparency
- Collaborating with the Director of Operations to ensure that security operations align with the business mission, objectives, goals and operations
- Leading and advising security teams and conducting investigations of significant threats and loss or misappropriation of assets
- Developing training with focus on public safety and officer awareness alongside functional management strategy with other security supervisors

- Recording and documenting detailed reports of observations of unusual findings using CCTV footage, Access Control devices and statement from witnesses
- Successfully defused verbal altercations, campus intrusion of unwanted, banned, or non-affiliated guests using conflict resolution methods
- Maximizing data collection to help make accurate prediction and strategic initiatives within the department
