Actively taking calls from the office of the referring provider and assisting them with adding patient the waitlisted during the timeframe this test is needing to be completed. The usage of critical thinking, medical terminology and anatomy & physiology skills was implemented to determine the urgency of each patient based on the symptom/diagnosis and the next steps in the patient's care plan the results of the echocardiogram will be used to determine.
