Started as a Purchasing Agent during industry wide Covid19 supply chain complications and price increases. My role was created to ensure all materials where ordered on time, met project budget requirements, and lead times matched project deadlines. During that time I introduced and implemented the CoConstruct software. As my role developed I also handled the estimated for new projects providing takeoffs, bid packages, and offering alternative materials to meet budget goals. I moved on to become a Site Superintendent.
Work with children ranging from 10-17 years old that struggled with a range of behavioral issues and substance abuse. Hike with students for 8 day shifts managing behavioral patterns and working to implement therapists instructions to help each individual student. Help at-risk youth develop better techniques to handle their emotions and behavioral patterns. Use CPI certified holds to manage risk. Taught and mastered wilderness survival skills.
Worked 1536 Hours in the Pisgah National Forest and reached Head Instructor.

Promoted from a warehouse packer to Warehouse Supervisor. Worked to streamline productivity and ensure organization of product. Oversaw proper shipping of freight and ground orders domestically and internationally. Handled work grievances and delegated responsibilities.
Worked with children ranging from 13-17 years old that struggled with ADD, ADHD, and LD. Lead courses that provided outdoor experiences that ranged from 12 days to 26 days. Lead a trip to the Adirondacks with 12 kids for canoeing the Saranac lakes, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and mountain biking. Canoed, rock climbed, whitewater rafted, fun-yaked, backpacked and facilitated educational activities and games. Managed budgets, scheduled activities, provided medical care, consoled campers, and provided a positive and fun environment. Dealt with behavioral issues and worked with strategies to help kids develop better techniques to handle their unique situations. Natural Consequence was a key technique for teaching kids responsibility.
