As Director of investments, Avi ran point on all aspects of the deals including:

• Developing relationships with brokers and developers
• Directly involved in negotiation of JVAs with developers
• Directly involved in negotiation of investment terms with LPs including institutional LPs
• Underwriting of deals
• Structuring of complex deals (ex. multiphase +1000 unit development deal)
• Responsible for oversite and constant contact with developer
• Responsible for working closely with attorneys to ensure all documents and agreements were drafted to protect SYM's best interest

• Met and collaborated with existing and prospective partners to ascertain financial goals and provide recommendations on investment solutions.
• Preparing documentation, models, and presentations.
• Met with brokers and prospective clients to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Sourced and underwrote deals, was responsible for analyzing and deciding which were worth pursuing.
