One of my many hobbies is language learning. To me, knowing another language is like having a real life super power. It opens up so many opportunities and experiences that before you didn't even know existed! I would love to learn every language in the world, but the ones I do choose to learn are usually connected to my other interests. When I was younger, I wanted to learn French because my favorite show took place in Paris. I dabbled in a bit of Japanese because I watched anime. I also started to learn a bit of Korean out of my love for k-pop. I am currently studying Spanish because I am fortunate to take classes for it in school. I started to learn Chinese in October 2023 and plan to continue onwards.
