  • Assigned 20-35 tasks steadily a week through Salesforce for workstations ranging between 1-2 stations or 20-30 workstations, depending on the size of the project and scope of work.
  • Reconfiguring existing layouts with additional add-ons, working within budgets.
  • Provide floorplans and 3D renderings through Revit and Enscape.
  • After the client finalizes a design, we create and generate quotes through a customer account system called Epicor.
  • With projects shipping all across the country, we maintain meetings and relationships with the Engineers, Shipping, and the Installation teams, as well as accounting for tax purposes based on where it is shipping and which State Contract the project may be on.
  • Keeping government state contracts up to date with our current price list, and understanding lead times based off the workload being produced and shipped out.
  • Attend on-site installations and factory tours to gain a deeper understanding of our work systems.

  • Keep contact with manufacturer reps to send design requests through for spec checks, stock checks, and backorder dates, as well as updates on current orders. They will also supply materials for the showroom's Resource Center.
  • Price increases take effect a few times a year, so being up to date with current pricing on all manufacturer products and material surcharges/freight. Including updates to the software.
  • Entering all sales activity into a CRM Quote Tool to track the progress of a sale.
  • Used AutoCAD and Giza 2020 software to draw up, scale, and revise drawings. Design Reception, Lounge, Cafe/breakroom, Private Offices, Cubicles, Conference Room, and Breakout areas while working within a budget.
  • Take measurements at customers' locations if a floor plan isn't provided or needs to be verified. Provide accurate information on costs and space planning to Code, to be transparent and communicative upfront.
