Outgoing, creative and hardworking student anticipating graduation in June of 2024 with interests in journalism, film studies, and the performing arts. Highly dependable, bilingual, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow from shortcomings. Always willing to include new people and advocate for minorities and those whose voices are silenced.

Has written various film reviews and essays regarding variety of media watched since June of 2021. This hobby began during the pandemic and flourished into my biggest passion. Whenever I watch a film, I heavily enjoy analyzing plot points, storylines, camera work and all the various components that go into each film I watch, With every film I view, I gain new insights about what it means to be human, as well as learn about various cultures, experiences and viewpoints I wouldn't have known without watching films. Writing is an interest I enjoy, and being able to implement it with an area of visual art that I am invested in allows for me to express myself and find meaning in the world we live in.

Enjoys baking and cooking a variety of foods, whether those be traditional Argentinian foods, desserts, or hybrid foods mixing various cultures together. Being in the kitchen allows for me to be creative and I enjoy seeing the end result of something I produce with my two hands. Cooking has always been a method of stress relief for me, and I have enjoyed perfecting my craft for the past few years. 

Member of Latinxed Fellowship (June 2023-)

• In this fellowship, we address the various problems in education, specifically in North Carolina in regards to those of latina/latino/latinx decent, and how we as leaders can have a seat at the table, leading to effective policy-making, educational equity, and being proud of our heritage and culture in the process

Future member of the North Carolina Governor's Page program (December 2023)

• In this week program, high school students in NC are allowed to have a hands on experience in state government, specifically 4 key areas - civics (branches of government), history (how our past affects the present and our future), service (the importance of civil service and giving back to our community), and professional development (how to develop skills to be successful in the workforce).
