This project focuses on the creation of customer-integrated test repositories for different clients, ensuring a robust setup for transaction processing using Connex switches. This encompassed handling transactions across ATM, POS, and online platforms through the Paragon application and Visa/MasterCard simulators.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Created customer-integrated test repositories for various customers.
• Maintained requirement traceability for improved tracking of test cases.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in Connex and ISO 8583 message format.
• Developed and reviewed acquiring and issuing test cases for PULSE, Visa, MasterCard, SHAZAM, NYCE networks.
• Conducted end-to-end testing of payments using Connex switch.
• Deeply involved in Mandates/Compliance/Certification testing for Visa network
• Conducted regression testing to validate software enhancements and updates.
• Managed defect tracking, test execution, and status reporting.
• Participated in client meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues or concerns.

This project focuses or led the migration of a credit card platform to the OMAHA platform, encompassing online authorization, clearing and settlement, disputes, and IVR functionalities. This involved seamless integration, thorough testing, and successful implementation to enhance overall efficiency and functionality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements for online authorization processes, specifically in Visa and MasterCard networks.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of ISO8583 message format intricacies.
• Utilize Visa and MasterCard simulators for rigorous testing and validation of authorization procedures.
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with onsite teams and clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Track defects throughout the testing process, from identification to resolution, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
• Provide regular status reports on testing progress, including test execution results, defect metrics, and overall project status.

In this project, I oversaw the migration of credit card platforms for banks including IDFC, Axis, and FR Credit (Vietnam) to the next version. This involved rigorous testing starting from requirement analysis, test planning, and test case creation, along with the development of a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). Additionally, I managed the planning, execution of test cases, and ensured a seamless deployment process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Translate client requirements into robust test plans and cases for online authorization, including Visa and MasterCard certification projects.
• Proficient in ISO8583 and Visa/MasterCard simulators for thorough transaction testing both online and offline.
• Conduct EFT switch testing for acquiring and issuing networks, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
• Manage credit and debit card migration from Smart Vista to Euronet (ITM switch), overseeing a smooth transition of functionalities.
• Lead credit card migration from TSYSPrime 3 to TSYSPrime 4 in the online authorization module, utilizing Mastercard and Visa simulators for comprehensive testing and validation
• Collaborate with teams for aligned testing strategies and efficient issue resolution.
• Document results meticulously and ensure reliable payment system performance.
