The Quality Control Associate performs quality control (QC) functions, including checking pallets for construction integrity, identifying mispicks and misplaced cases. Quality Control Associate will also work with Inventory Control Clerks to correct all errors and rebuild pallets.

• Review individual orders to determine correct quantities, packing, and general accuracy of selected orders.
  Complete required level of QC sampling and required load audit forms.
• Consult with appropriate Supervisor regarding any problems identified in the
  QC process including quality issues not meeting standards and/or potential safety issues.
• Operate a sit down forklift and or clamp truck

• As a Waiver I oversee the wave planning and order distribution for outbound operations. The role ensures efficient workflow management, adherence to sail dates, and coordination between picking, QC, Shipping and Inventory teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Duties and responsibilities
• Manage and distribute work assignments to pickers, ensuring orders are processed in alignment with sail dates and shipping schedules.
• Monitor and verify QC operations, ensuring all loads are reviewed and completed on time.
• Identify, document, and report damages to Inventory Control for timely resolution.
• Track and follow up on pending orders, proactively addressing any delays.
• Monitor workflow and adjust labor allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot system-related issues and submit IT/MIS tickets as necessary.
• Prepare for the next shift by printing order summaries and organizing workflow assignments.
• Accurately input order data into the Synapse system, ensuring correct spots and weights are recorded.
• Generate and submit shift reports, detailing operational progress and any outstanding issues.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by assisting in related outbound tasks as required.

• To operate EPJ safely and efficiently; handles all freight inbound or outbound properly and orderly; maintain warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping; ensures all shipments are correctly staged, checked, and loaded properly; responsible for properly storing stock in the warehouse; performs duties to provide material handling services for warehouse shipping and receiving handling activities. Works from warehouse operations sheets using a EPJ to pick customer orders and load on trailers. Maintains EPJ safety at all times following all safety policies and procedures.
• Assists Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient operation of the warehouse.
• Ability to operate a Walkie Rider.
• General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.
• Flexible to work 10 to 12 hours shifts when necessary and not afraid of heights.
• Picking and moving stock from 1 lb. to 50 lbs. multiple times.
• Ensures all shipments are correctly staged and loaded properly.
• Maintains warehouse area with orderly stacking and good housekeeping.
• Handles all customer products properly and orderly.
• Checks deliveries for poor packing, general condition of materials, and free of damage. Alerts Warehouse Supervisor of any problems, taking pictures if necessary.
• Reports all accidents / incidents, to employee, damage of stock, or building damage to the Shift Supervisor immediately.

• Possesses a sense of urgency, accountability, and be able to work with limited supervision.
• General understanding of computers and handheld RF equipment.

• Good communication, clear and concise, problem resolution, and people skills.
• Flexibility in working overtime when needed, and supplying coverage to other shifts.
• Experience in building pallets with stock and breaking down stock to fill independent orders.
• Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse.

• As a Warehouse Worker, I will be responsible for providing warehouse support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet the facility's productivity and quality goals within the establishment. Responsible: Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Moves materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Sorts and breaks down product by SKU, quantity, and product type.
• Effectively communicate with Receivers, Drivers, Driver Check-in, & Forklift Operators
• Adhering to proper safety practices for truck and trailer pull process on a daily basis.
• Sorts and stores goods in designated areas of the warehouse.
• Responsible for the proper handling of all company issued equipment, including PPE, voice equipment etc.
• Responsible for reporting all safety concerns in the work environment on timely basis.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or moves orders to loading dock to prepare for shipping.
• Label pallets with identifying information when instructed.
• Opens bales, crates, and other containers when necessary.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
• Using SELECT software and scanner riding a pallet jack rider filling out order with many different types of good for restaurants, chefs around the world and event. Dry goods such as 50 pound bags of sugar, flour, cornstarch to seasoning and drink.
• Cooler items like dairy, juice concentrate, veggies/produce and meats. Freezer items such as ice creams, deserts, fruits and meats.
• Shipping and receiving from receiving new merchandise breaking down and organizing the merchandise to then be either stored or put into replenishment. After Orders being picked loading up truck with the correct Pallet Number to the correct Route that it's going to, placing them in correct order or format like it says on the route details.

• Position Summary
• On the line prepping veggies, meats, drinks for side dishes, main courses and dessert at a restaurant and would go out on event such as concerts, holiday parties and big companies and warehouse like Amazon and Walmart.
• Prepared ingredients for use in cooking, such as washing, peeling, cutting and slicing vegetables.
• Cleaned and sanitized work areas and equipment to ensure food safety standards.
• Followed recipes to prepare meals according to customer specifications.
