Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet industry and company specifications.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and supply chain, to streamline operations and resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Manage production staff tasks and duties.
• Manage production staff work schedules.
• Identified areas of operational issues and concerns. Provided guidance on how to resolve.
• Work alongside of Project Management team and provided production insight and data for current and future forecasted customer work schedules.
• Work alongside of Executive Management team and ensured any updated processes and procedures were put into place and followed.
• Provided training for all Production employees, to include Inventory and Shipping/Delivery Departments.
• Oversee all Safety policies and concerns.
• Manage Inventory Department schedule and concerns.
• Manage Shipping and Delivery Drivers schedule and concerns.
• Oversee all in house certification processes. (Example: Wire Feed Welding, Drawn Arc Welding, Fork Lift Operation, Company Control System Operations)
• Assist Production Staff in all areas of operational tasks and production duties.

• Manage warehouse staff and duties.
• Manage warehouse staff work schedules.
• Purchase all materials and field equipment for ongoing and future projects.
• Provide customer support and solutions.
• Build and Maintain company relationships with vendors such as Vanalco, Steeler, Hilti, ACME and Edge.
• Meet with company Project Managers and Estimators to coordinate on going and future projects.
• Meet with Company and Field Superintendents to coordinate equipment and logistical needs for ongoing and future projects.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of all company equipment and tools.
• Manage the hiring and training of all warehouse staff and drivers.
• Provide dispatching for all drivers for pick ups and drop offs to and from site.
• Keep warehouse organized and maintained to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Assist Production Staff in all areas of operational tasks.
