My name is Ayanna Williams and I am 19 years old. I have been working since I was 10 years old, I started out at my dads hair salon answering phones and making appointments on weekends. When I was 16 years old I actually managed the Salon after school and on weekends for two years until COVID hit and the salon closed. I had plenty of duties while managing the salon such as opening, payroll, interviews, training, customer complaints, advertisement, closing, and salon meetings from time to time. Once the salon closed I got my first job outside of the family at ACME markets as a cashier during the pandemic. Once I got comfortable having a job outside the family I left after a few months to Hymies deli because of better pay. The job was very fast pace, my job was to take phone orders, inside orders, and Doordash orders. We had to bag and label all of the orders and make sure they're going to the correct destination. I then moved and had a seasonal position at Target, after that I got my first sales job at T-mobile as a sales representative. Currently I am looking for a full time job also accepting overtime hours. I am currently looking for employment, a mentor, and a nice opportunity to be an assistant to learn some new skills and get started on my career path.   • Hymies Deli was an very complex job
  • This job consist of a lot of multi tasking and making sure the correct orders are going out
