I make chicken for the line people to sell I learned to be efficient with quality and moving fast while multi tasking
I led the team through rushes and made sure the team was always ready to roll I would go in at 7:30 and work on prep till open at 10 when the next coworker would come in
I worked mostly by myself to help customers get their food. I took orders and always had the store cleaned before I left. I learned how to calm people down from being upset.
I answered the phones to take orders and type them into a pos system that gave the orders to the kitchen.
