At Chick-fil-A, I thrived in my role as a Trainer, focusing on improving customer satisfaction while cultivating an outstanding workplace culture. I created a focused and positive learning environment for all new hires. During this time, I developed skills in Human Resources, Marketing, and Leadership. I now onboard, orient, and train new team members, all while adhering to and teaching corporate rules and policies to ensure a higher standard of business is met. I even most recently helped in the grand opening a Chick-fil-A location, leading multiple shifts.
