· Ensure all the deliverables and business expectations are managed by driving the creation of a business case and coordination of a client’s business requirements.
· Responsible for Sprint Planning, Sprint retrospective, daily scrum, resource planning, schedules, and Risk Mitigations.

- Managed deliverables for a team of 10-15 developers where 60% of the team is offshore.
- Coach, guide and mentor teams on Agile / Scrum practices and techniques, also conduct Interim Reviews and UAT Sessions with Business Users.
- Coordinate with the various technology, business, and vendor teams to ensure the project's success.
- Automation of business process workflow via Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Also as a Project Manager oversee several integration projects that added efficiencies to the process and eliminate waste.
- Oversee the Lean Process analysis activity in Title Production Department and initiated projects that enable them with automation and brought efficiency and transparency to their daily activity.
