My role involves supervising and managing associates in critical functions during shift and actively monitoring AR operations by assigning and redirecting associates to priority areas. As well as constantly walking areas and engaging assistance as needed, all while monitoring the operation of the floor to hit picker/stower productions.

Number 1 critical role as a quarterback is to monitor afm safety while they're actively working on the AR floors.
