- I worked in the following units as a Process Engineer: Package boiler, cooling towers, Reforming unit, amine scrubbing unit (CO2 capture unit), cryogenic purification unit, compression unit, synthesis, and refrigeration unit
- Operated and controlled the following rotating/static equipment manually & via DCS: centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, centrifugal and positive displacement compressors, steam turbine (extraction cum condensing and extraction only), induced and forced draft fans, catalytic reactors, heat exchangers, distillation and absorption columns and cryogenic purifier
- Coordinated and trained new employees on the plant control philosophy, unit start-up, and shutdown
- Ensured follow-up of the procedure from catalyst vendors during catalyst reduction
